1:1 Coaching

Individual coaching for people who want to step back, reflect and re-examine how they are relating to work and leadership.

Clients often come when they are:

  • questioning the pace or direction of their career

  • feeling the impact of sustained pressure or burnout

  • navigating leadership responsibility or organisational complexity

  • wanting to reconnect with meaning and purpose in their work

  • seeking greater clarity about their next chapter

This work can support you to:

See patterns more clearly - understand the assumptions and habits that shape how you work and lead.

Reconnect with internal signals - develop awareness of the body’s role in stress, intuition and decision-making.

Create sustainable ways of working - move away from patterns that rely solely on pushing harder.

Make more aligned decisions - clarify what matters most and move toward work that reflects those values.

Consulting

Tanawin also provides consulting support for government and not-for-profit organisations, particularly in areas related to leadership, organisational culture and equity.

This may include:

  • strategic planning

  • policy and project design and implementation

  • organisational development and transformation

  • equity and inclusion strategy

Our approach

We bring together coaching, reflective inquiry and somatic awareness.

Most professional development focuses almost entirely on thinking — analysing problems, setting goals and developing strategies.

While these are important, research across neuroscience and psychology increasingly shows that the body also plays a significant role in how we process information, respond to stress and make decisions.

Somatic coaching pays attention to this dimension.

By noticing physical sensations, patterns of tension or ease, and how the nervous system responds under pressure, people often gain insights that are difficult to reach through thinking alone.

This can help people to:

  • recognise patterns in how they approach work and responsibility

  • understand how stress influences their reactions and decisions

  • build greater resilience and emotional regulation

  • reconnect with their own values and internal signals

  • make decisions that feel considered rather than reactive

At its core, this work is about developing awareness. Every person’s relationship with work is different.

Our coaching is designed to respond to the needs of each individual rather than follow a rigid method.

Sessions may involve:

  • reflective conversation and inquiry

  • exploring workplace dynamics and career questions

  • noticing how stress or pressure is held in the body

  • simple somatic awareness practices

  • identifying patterns that influence behaviour and choices

Some sessions remain entirely conversational. Others incorporate somatic exploration to help integrate insight at a deeper level.

You determine the direction and pace of the work.
